Anneka Rice

Anneka Rice is an award-winning broadcaster. She shot to fame on Channel 4’s Treasure Hunt – to this day, Channel 4’s highest-rated show. She devised the award-winning Challenge Anneka for BBC One when she was twenty-eight.

Her work with BBC Radio includes Loose Ends, Your Place or Mine, My Teenage Diary, Pick of the Week, The Arts Show, Anneka on Sunday and the award-winning podcast Fortunately. Recent TV work includes Strictly Come Dancing, Celebrity Hunted and Celebrity Bake Off. She has an ongoing slot with The One Show.

Anneka is a keen painter and an ambassador with Marie Curie, Alzheimer’s Research UK and numerous other charities. She is a trained Samaritan and works in a call centre weekly.
