Harlan Ullman

Harlan Ullman chairs the Killowen Group, advising governments and industry. A decorated Swift Boat skipper during the Vietnam War, co-creator of the ‘shock and awe’ military doctrine and former US Navy destroyer commander, he holds a PhD from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. He has written twelve books and serves on the US Congress National Commission on the Future of the Navy.
