Julian Francis Godolphin
Julian Francis Godolphin has had a lifelong fascination with how government, and the monarchy in particular, really works. Educated internationally and at Downing College and Hughes Hall, Cambridge, he received a PhD in international relations from the University of London for his study of the development of settler identities in the British Empire.
A lawyer and professional lobbyist, Julian has worked in the corridors of power for over twenty years. In this capacity, he has been involved in some of the biggest political and constitutionally significant events of our time, including the attempted impeachment of Tony Blair, the formation of the coalition government and Brexit.
He lives in east London and this is his first book.
