Michelle Clement
Dr Michelle Clement is lecturer in government studies at the Strand Group, King’s College London. She is deputy director of the MA in Government Studies and leads pioneering modules including ‘The New Labour Years’, taught alongside chief political commentator for The Independent John Rentoul. She is also researcher in residence at 10 Downing Street, where she examines the history of No. 10 and the role of Prime Minister.
Clement’s work focuses on capturing the institutional memory of British government in order to unearth how decision makers craft strategy, policy and effective mechanisms to deliver for citizens.
