Mike Read at the Henley Literary Festival

Mike Read broadcasting legend and author of Seize the Day, will be at the Henley Literary Festival.

Almost 40 years after beginning his broadcasting career at Reading’s 210, things have come full circle for Mike who now hosts the afternoon show on BBC Berkshire and is a familiar face around Henley. In Seize the Day he writes with candour and humour in equal measure about everything from the Radio 1 breakfast show and Top of the Pops to I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here – plus the occasional tangential story of near-death experiences and extraordinary happenings along the way.
