The book has caused quite a stir, particularly last week during David's whistle stop tour around London where he found himself interviewed by everyone and sundry.
It kept creeping up and up the Amazon charts and has recieved nothing but praise from Amazon reviewers too and needless-to-say we hope it will continue to do so.
