Look at the their little glowing faces. We have no illusions of grandeur here. Oh no. We still beam like school children when we meet someone famous or, in this case, stand outside Number 10 Downing Street.
They look positively rigid with excitement don't they?
On this blog I like to take the opportunity to introduce you to the people who bought you books like Let Them Eat Carbon, Nick Clegg: The Biography and Masters of Nothing. So here they are - some of them at least - the keenos who didn't hesitate to jump in front of the lens outside the PM's gaff. Left to right, Editorial Assistant - Jessica Feehan, Nam-Nam-Designer-Man and Assistant Editor - Hollie Teague.
Bless 'em.
On Monday this band of earnest publishers ventured to Number 11 Downing Street for the launch of our new book Masters of Nothing. If you think they look excitable outside Number 10 you should've seen them when they met Boris and George. How do I put this? Let's just say one of our publishers had a penchant for George... And it wasn't Nam.
If you're interested in all things economic, Masters of Nothing is the book for you. In the book Matthew Hancock and Nadhim Zahawi offer a sobering analysis of the effects of often irrational human behaviour on the economy and how a better understanding of that behaviour could solve many of our economic problems. If you want to know more about it without reading something that sounds like a press release then co-author Matthew Hancock MP can be heard on the Today Programme this morning, here.
Masters of Nothing is available now, priced £12.99.
